Heather Rabbatts CBE
Heather Rabbatts CBE is Executive Deputy Chair of Millwall Football Club, and an independent film producer.
Formerly Head of Education at Channel 4, she was responsible for commissioning education programmes and developing Channel 4's education business. She speaks at international and national events on leading and managing change, the changing nature of public service broadcasting and effective communications strategies. Heather has appeared on many TV shows including 'Question Time' and 'Newsnight' and is also a regular contributor to radio including Radio 4 and 5.
Heather has been a Governor of the London School of Economics, a Trustee of the British Council and from 1997-2000 a Governor of the BBC. From May 2003 until the summer of 2007 she was a non-executive Director of the Bank of England and is currently a member of the Board of the UK Film Council.
Heather was awarded the CBE in the Year 2000 New Year's Honours
