A number of UK guilds & associations provide information on their membership:
- Line producers & production accountants: The Production Guild of Great Britain can advise on contacts and availability for its members who include production executives, accountants and financial administrators.
- Location managers: The Guild of Location Managers has details of its members available online.
- Sound technicians: The Association of Motion Picture Sound (AMPS) has a directory of its members available online.
- Production designers: The British Film Designers Guild has a directory of members with biographies available online.
- Cinematographers: The British Society of Cinematographers has a list of members and some biographies on its website.
- Directors: Visit the websites of the Directors Guild of Great Britain or Directors UK.
- Camera technicians: The Guild of British Camera Technicians' website has details of its members. The guild also offers a free printed crew directory.
- Make-up & hair: The National Association of Screen Make-up Artists and Hairdressers (NASMAH) has a list of its members with credits and contact details available online.
- Editors: The Guild of British Film & Television Editors has a list of members available online.
Additionally, UK Screen Association, the trade body for companies which provide services to the film and television industries, maintains a database of its members working in production and post-production.
